2nd floor is wonderful service and they'll go above and beyond. 1st floor is so bad it puts me off wanting to shop at jade blue. Wish I could give 5 stars upstairs and 1 star downstairs but can't so 3 stars it is.
In particular, the first floor has wasted so much of my time even when I've said I'm in a rush. Having spent over 75k inr in the store last week, I returned to collect my items today and asked to see some pants. They told me they'd have them ready when I came down from upstairs. They didn't, and took about 10 minutes to give them to me, only to then turn their back on me to help someone else just as I asked to try them on. I'm also looking at other blazers etc while waiting for someone to help and there's zero desire to get more money from me. So I walked out and the downstairs lost another 400k at least as I had planned to buy several blazers etc as well next week. Seems like they don't care and don't need the money so I'll take my money elsewhere. Needs much better staff downstairs.
Sadly I have to go back to pick up something from upstairs next week but won't be doing any shopping downstairs. Instead, I'll find another jade blue to shop at for the downstairs portion, perhaps one where a customer spending almost 10 lakh total in 2 hours is actually valued.

I came here for my fiance’s outfits and we worked with Vinod bhai. He has been incredibly helpful. We have selected Nikhil’s Sangeet and Ceremony outfit and Vinod bhai matched both to my lehngas. He has been very accommodating with our tight timelines since we are from the US. He also has a very good taste, knowing what matches just from a few pictures. I would totally recommend coming here and the prices are reasonable too!!!
